Your first appointment: what should I bring with me?

It's best to bring casual, comfortable sportswear. If you have a prescription from your doctor please bring a list of all your medication.  you are welcome to bring a chaperone.

Cost of treatment:

Treatment sessions last approximately 1 hour. Prices start from £25.00. This includes history taking and assesment on your first session.

Hydrotherapy sessions last 1 1/2 hours  20 min Hydro and 1hr remedial or sport massage treatment. Price is £40.00
